CONCERT ALERT

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL TICKET HOLDERS
Due to the high likelihood of rain and thunderstorms on the evening of Sunday, September 9, Symphony Under the Stars will now take place indoors at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

We have made this decision to ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons and our musicians. Maestro Giancarlo Guerrero and the orchestra look forward to sharing this evening of classical favorites with you.

As a ticket holder, you have the following options:

1. Attend the Concert: Bring your original tickets to gain entrance to the concert on September 9, 2018, at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Seating will be General Admission, with sections designated as follows:
  • If you purchased box seats at Ascend, you will be provided box seats at the Schermerhorn.
  • If you purchased reserved seating at Ascend, you will be provided front and mid-Orchestra Level seats at the Schermerhorn.
  • If you purchased lawn seating at Ascend, you may sit in rear Orchestra Level, Founders Circle, Balcony Level or Orchestra View seats at the Schermerhorn.

2. Exchange Your Tickets: You can exchange the value of your tickets directly into another Nashville Symphony-presented concert happening between now and July 31, 2019. You may also put the value of your tickets on your Nashville Symphony customer account; the credit may be applied toward another Nashville Symphony-presented concert between now and July 31, 2019. Standard exchange policy applies.

You must request your exchange or place the value of your tickets on your account by emailing our box office no later than 6 pm, Sunday, September 9, and we will fulfill your request within 5 business days. No requests will be fulfilled after 6 pm September 9.

3. Donate: Donate the value of your tickets back to the Nashville Symphony as a tax-deductible donation. We thank you in advance for supporting our mission. Click here or email our box office to donate your tickets for resale at any time prior to the start of the concert. Once the performance has started, you will no longer be able to donate your tickets.

4. Refund: Receive a full refund of the value of your tickets.

You must request your refund by emailing our box office no later than 6 pm, Sunday, September 9, and we will fulfill your request within 5 business days. No requests will be fulfilled after 6 pm September 9.
